Keeping the world's critical systems running — for over 25 years

Our story starts inside IBM, more than a quarter of a century ago, with a simple observation: some of the most important applications in the world simply couldn't be upgraded. They were too deeply woven into the businesses that depended on them. Someone had to keep them running — properly, expertly, around the clock. That became our mission, and it still is.

Where we came from

Over 25 years ago, our founding team was doing the work at IBM that nobody else wanted to talk about: supporting the applications that couldn't be upgraded. The systems that ran payroll, manufacturing lines, billing engines and supply chains — software that was declared "end of life" by vendors, but was very much alive in the businesses that ran on it.

We learned something in those years that shaped everything we've built since: legacy doesn't mean obsolete — it means proven. These systems earned their place by working, year after year. They deserve engineers who understand them deeply, not a polite suggestion to migrate.

Where we are today

That founding team has grown into a group of companies with nearly 200 full-time employees and a deep bench of specialist contractors — many of them former engineers from the very vendors whose products we support. When your storage array, database or application platform needs someone who genuinely knows it, there's a good chance our people helped build, ship or support it in a previous life.

Today we keep legacy software and hardware running 24x7 for organisations that can't afford downtime — and won't accept being forced into upgrades they don't need. Same expertise the OEM had. Often better. Always more committed, because supporting these systems isn't a sideline for us. It's everything we do.

What sets us apart

OEM-grade expertise

Many of our engineers spent years at the vendors themselves. They bring insider-level knowledge of the platforms they now support — without the vendor's agenda.

Genuinely 24x7

Mission-critical systems don't keep office hours, and neither do we. Around-the-clock coverage from people who know your environment, not a call centre reading a script.

On your side

OEMs profit when you upgrade. We succeed when your systems keep running. That difference shapes every recommendation we make.

Your systems have a story. Let's keep it going.
