Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 3rdpartysupport.com website (the "Site"), operated by 3rd Party Support ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover use of the Site only. Maintenance and support services are provided under separate written agreements (such as a support contract or statement of work), and if there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Who we are — and who we are not
We are an independent provider of third-party hardware and software maintenance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer or software vendor,including Cisco, IBM, Oracle, HP/HPE, Dell EMC, Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, or any other vendor named on this Site. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
We do not sell, distribute, or provide software, software licenses, or license keys. Our services are limited to maintenance and support of hardware and software you already own or are licensed to use. It is your responsibility to hold valid licenses for any software we support on your behalf; nothing on this Site or in our services grants you any license or right to use any vendor's software.
3. Quotes and enquiries
- Quote requests submitted through the Site are enquiries, not orders. No contract for services exists until both parties sign a written agreement.
- Prices, coverage levels, and response times shown or quoted on the Site are indicative and subject to confirmation, availability, and the terms of the final agreement.
- Savings figures (such as "save 40–70% vs. OEM") reflect typical customer outcomes and are not a guarantee of the savings available for your specific environment.
4. Product and end-of-life information
The Site includes catalogs of hardware and software products, including end-of-support and end-of-life dates. This information is compiled from vendor publications and other sources, is provided for general reference only, and may contain errors or become out of date. Always verify critical lifecycle dates against the vendor's official announcements before making decisions based on them. Listing a hardware or software product in our catalog means only that we may be able to offer maintenance and support for it — it is not an offer to sell that product or any license to it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data without our written permission;
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms or chat;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including by transmitting malware or launching denial-of-service attacks.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services; any other reproduction or distribution requires our written consent. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Live chat and communications
Live chat and contact forms are provided for genuine business enquiries. Responses through chat are informal and do not constitute contractual commitments, service activations, or technical advice on which you should rely without written confirmation. How we handle information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability in connection with services we provide under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, not these Terms.
10. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as Microsoft Teams for chat delivery). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
11. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rd Party Support is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
