Solutions / Data Center Operations

Uptime without the
OEM support bill.

One contract covering every server, array, and switch in your data centers — 24/7 monitoring-backed maintenance, multi-vendor break/fix, and 4-hour on-site response, at40-70% below what the OEMs charge for the same uptime.

The full offering

Six services, one maintenance agreement. Cover a single EOSL array or hand us the whole floor — every piece works standalone or as a managed program.

24/7 NOC & Incident Response

A live engineer answers every ticket, around the clock — no offshore triage maze. Monitoring-backed alerting means we often open the case before your team notices the fault.

Multi-Vendor Break/Fix Maintenance

One contract, one number to call for servers, storage, and networking across every OEM in your racks. Level 3 engineers diagnose cross-vendor, not just per-box.

EOSL & Lifecycle Extension

When the OEM declares end-of-service-life, the hardware doesn't stop working — the support does. We keep EOSL gear fully supported for years, so you refresh on your schedule, not theirs.

On-Site Smart Hands & Remote Hands

Rack-and-stack, cable moves, media swaps, console access, and guided diagnostics at your facility or colo — dispatched from our field engineer network, billed under one agreement.

Spare Parts Depots & Logistics

Certified spares staged in regional depots — or forward-stocked on your site for critical systems — so a 4-hour SLA is backed by a part that is already nearby, not on a plane.

Preventive Maintenance & Health Checks

Scheduled firmware reviews, battery and fan replacements, error-log analysis, and environmental checks that catch failing components before they take a workload down.

Equipment we cover

Servers, storage, and networking from every major OEM — current-generation and EOSL — supported by engineers certified on each platform.

How an engagement works

From asset inventory to a fully managed, SLA-backed data center estate.

01

Discovery & Asset Inventory

We audit every serial number, configuration, and current contract across your data centers — and flag what the OEM is overcharging you to cover. Typically 1-2 weeks.

02

Coverage & SLA Design

Each asset gets the right service level — 4-hour on-site for production, next-business-day for dev and DR — instead of one inflated blanket contract.

03

Onboarding & Transition

We stage spares, load your configurations into our NOC, and align coverage start dates with OEM contract expirations so there is never a gap.

04

Ongoing Operations & Reviews

Round-the-clock incident response, preventive maintenance, and quarterly reviews covering ticket trends, asset health, and refresh planning.

Common questions

How does third-party maintenance compare to OEM support?

You get the same outcome — a certified engineer and the right part fixing your hardware within SLA — at 40-70% less. What you give up is OEM firmware entitlements on some product lines, which matters mostly for very new gear. For hardware past its first refresh cycle, firmware is mature and third-party maintenance is the rational default; that's why most Fortune 500 data centers already blend it into their support mix.

Can you support equipment the OEM has declared end-of-service-life?

Yes — EOSL support is a core part of the offering, not an exception. OEM end-of-life dates are refresh-sales milestones, not engineering ones. We maintain certified spares inventories, engineering documentation, and trained field engineers for platforms years past their EOSL date, so you can run stable hardware until a refresh makes business sense.

What do your SLAs actually commit to?

Coverage options range from 24/7 with 4-hour on-site response — engineer and part at your facility — to next-business-day for lower-tier systems. SLAs are contractual per asset, backed by regional spares depots and, for critical systems, on-site spares kits. You choose the level per machine, so you stop paying mission-critical rates for lab gear.

We're mid-term on our OEM contracts. How does a transition work?

You don't have to wait. We co-terminate: assets coming off OEM support move to us as their terms expire, while we handle the inventory, coverage design, and onboarding up front. Many clients also transition mid-term where OEM contracts allow cancellation or where the savings outweigh the remaining term. Either way, coverage start dates are sequenced so no asset is ever unsupported.

Tell us what's on the floor — vendors, models, locations, and when your current OEM contracts expire. A data center specialist will design coverage, price it against your renewal, and respond within 24 hours.

Priced against your renewal

Send us your OEM renewal quote and we'll beat it line by line — most estates land 40-70% lower at the same or better SLA.

No coverage gaps

Transitions are sequenced against your OEM expiration dates, so every asset stays under SLA from day one.

Hardware the OEM refuses to renew is our specialty — include it in your inventory and we'll quote it like any other asset.
