Every vendor. Every rack.
One maintenance contract.
Replace the stack of SmartNet, ProSupport, Pointnext, IBM, and NetApp renewals with a single multi-vendor agreement — one SLA, one point of contact, one renewal date — at 40-70% below OEM pricing. Including the post-EOSL gear the OEM refuses to support.
The full offering
Everything OEM support gives you — engineering, parts, on-site response — without the per-vendor contracts, the forced refreshes, or the price tag.
Single Multi-Vendor Contract
Consolidate Cisco SmartNet, Dell ProSupport, HPE Pointnext, IBM, and NetApp renewals into one agreement — one SLA, one point of contact, one renewal date across every rack.
24/7 L1-L3 Engineering
One number for every vendor, day or night. Senior engineers own the ticket from first call through root cause — no scripted tiers, no "call the other vendor" runaround.
4-Hour On-Site SLA
Parts and a certified field engineer at your data center within four hours for critical failures — backed by forward-stocked spares matched to your exact asset list.
Post-EOSL & EOL Support
The OEM declaring end of service life doesn't mean the hardware is done. We keep EOSL servers, arrays, and switches in production for years — fully covered, fully supported.
Global Spares & Forward Stocking
A worldwide depot network plus dedicated forward-stocking locations near your sites. Critical FRUs — drives, controllers, PSUs, line cards — are staged before you ever need them.
Co-Termination & Lifecycle Reporting
Every asset lands on one renewal date, and quarterly reports show serial-level coverage, incident history, and EOSL horizons — so budgeting and refresh planning stop being guesswork.
Equipment we cover
If it's in your data center, it goes on the contract — current-generation or fifteen years past end of sale, regardless of who built it.
How an engagement works
From a pile of OEM renewals to one consolidated contract — without a single day of coverage gap.
Asset Inventory & Contract Audit
We build a serial-level inventory of every device on the floor and map it against your current OEM contracts — surfacing double-billing, uncovered gear, and gouged renewals.
Coverage Design & Co-Termination
Each asset gets the SLA it actually needs — 4-hour, next business day, or parts-only — and everything is aligned to a single contract and renewal date.
Transition from OEM
As OEM contracts lapse, coverage cuts over seamlessly. Spares are staged, escalation paths are documented, and your team gets one number to call from day one.
Steady-State & Quarterly Reviews
Break/fix runs 24/7 while quarterly business reviews track incident trends, SLA performance, EOSL horizons, and further savings opportunities.
Common questions
Is third-party hardware maintenance legal and safe?
Yes — it's a mature, well-established industry, and courts have repeatedly affirmed your right to have hardware you own serviced by whomever you choose. Fortune 500 enterprises, banks, and government agencies run third-party maintenance at scale. Our engineers are certified on the platforms they support, and every part we ship is tested to OEM specification.
What happens to firmware and software updates when we leave the OEM?
For most hardware in the second half of its life, the firmware is mature and updates have effectively stopped — especially post-EOSL, where the OEM ships nothing at all. Where entitled updates still matter, we help you apply releases you already have rights to, and many clients keep OEM coverage on a handful of new assets while we cover the rest. We map this out asset-by-asset during coverage design.
How do 4-hour on-site SLAs actually work?
Before your contract goes live, we analyze your asset list and pre-position the critical spares — drives, controllers, power supplies, line cards — in a forward-stocking location near each covered site. When a critical ticket opens, a field engineer is dispatched with the part in hand. The SLA works because the logistics are done in advance, not at ticket time.
Can we mix OEM and third-party coverage?
Absolutely — most clients do. A common pattern is OEM support on assets still under warranty or running rapidly evolving firmware, and third-party coverage on everything from year three onward. We'll design a hybrid map, and as assets age past OEM relevance they roll into the consolidated contract at renewal.
Get a quote for full DC hardware maintenance
Send us your asset list — or just the OEM renewal quotes stacking up on your desk. A maintenance specialist will price a consolidated multi-vendor contract and respond within 24 hours.
Side-by-side savings quote
Your quote lists every serial next to its OEM renewal price and ours — the 40-70% savings is line-item math, not a marketing claim.
Renewal deadline coming up?
Mention the date in the details and we'll fast-track pricing so you have a real alternative on the table before the OEM auto-renews.
